Carolyn's Cookies was started when Carolyn wanted to make a special cake for her son's birthday party. Without realizing what she was getting herself into, she experimented with different cookie recipes and designs until she came up with a cookie that tasted as good as it looked. People who attended her parties began asking if she would make her cookies for their events: birthdays, baptisms, anniversaries — even outings to the U.S. Open. She continues to develop new ways to decorate her cookies and is always ready for a challenge. If you do not see a cookie you want, simply ask and she will find a way to make it work.
